In my family, everyone knows my dad as a humorous person but of course he would get mad like any other person and that’s when you have no choice but to leave him alone. He’s the kind of guy who doesn’t enjoy hanging out a lot rather love’s to keep himself busy in and outside of house. I learned to take risks from my father because his the risk-taker of my family and although he’d often faced failure, he has proved to us and himself that you can have a goal and continue living life with dignity in every situation and in every difficulty. He’s a retired driver who owns a small store and spend his mornings and afternoons there.
My dad called me saying he’ll have a business trip to Mashhad as if he knew I like to take photos of it. I bought bus, train and two way airplane tickets and got ready for the trip. I kept thing about how am I supposed to take photos of this trip.
This is the first father and son travel with my father, a 1650 kilometer trip from Bushehr to Mashhad and in this two-day trip I saw and heard the same old things from my father. The same smile, he’s habit of smoking, staying up all night and all the nice things he says. I have to add that this would be the first time I take a serious long term collection of photos from my father.
